General Product Information
Creative Exposure has identified these items from a number of different manufacturers…each one with its’ own production requirements. The following are general guidelines, therefore, any specific item may be differ.
| Normal Production: | 7 to 10 business days from the time the factory receives the acceptable artwork. Bags-2/4 weeks |

| Rush Orders: | May be available with an additional per item cost or overall flat fee. |
| Pricing: | Includes one color, one location unless noted. Additional color costs vary with item. |
| Setup Charges: | Vary from $ 0.00 to $50.00. |
| Shipping: | Priced F.O.B. factory. Multiple drop shipments available at additional charge. |
| Terms: | Credit Terms are not available. |
| Artwork: | Camera-Ready or Digital Artwork is required when placing the order. Artwork can be created from a business card or letterhead at a rate of $25.00 per hour (minimum charge of $25.00) Most manufacturers accept EPS, Adobe Illustrator 9.0, Corel Draw 10 or Vector art (300 DPI). |
| Paper Proofs: | Paper proofs are recommended and very often required by the manufacturer for final approval before production. Charges vary from $5.00 - $12.00. |
| Cancellation Charge: | Orders in process will charged for materials used or a minimum of $50.00. |
| Copy Changes: | $30.00 |
| Overruns and Underruns: | 5% Industry Standard is acceptable. |
| Guarantee: | All items are guaranteed against defects in workmanship. |
| Returns: | All items are non-returnable except for defects in workmanship. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of order. |
Authorization and Identification
In placing an order with Creative Exposure, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to utilize all merchandize containing names, trademarks, logos or any copyrighted material. You also agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Creative Exposure from claims, liabilities, and expenses relating to an actual or alleged infringement. This provision will remain in effect after delivery of your order.
